As a licensed Consulting Engineer in five Canadian provinces, MKE completed various building envelope and structural restoration projects from the assessment phase to the commissioning and warranty review.

Most of these projects are repairs to various roofing systems such as conventional, inverted, TPO and modified bitumen systems, various types of cladding repairs, exterior insulation finish systems repairs, waterproofing repairs whether to foundation walls or a parking garage roof or suspended slabs, balcony repairs, exterior windows replacement, through-wall flashing systems, different types of paving systems, insulation for sound and temperature, open steel joist web systems, high rise commercial interior and exterior renovations, security systems and upgrades, exterior doors and frames replacement as well as curtain walls, stairs
repair and replacement, structural and non- structural renovations, sewers and underground piping.

Thermal scanning to identify leaks of thermal and moisture at the building entire envelope systems – Very advanced drone scanning technology and equipment are being used to carry out these tasks.

Repairs to above-grade and below-grade parking garages, balconies, and exterior façade projects.

Successfully delivered approx. +$120 million dollars worth of
construction projects in total.
